Please help me!!! What is this????

What's this yellow book that was dropped off at Tommy's Doorstep. Who uses such a book?

    I asked myself the same question when we got one too! Elizabeth (our 7 year old)exclaimed, "Can I have it?!" She had fun looking up people (we weren't in it either) but soon left it aside and it found its true home in the trash.
